GENERAL INFORMATION

Aovila wanna make sure every package is timely delivered, kindly make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information. Correct usage of abbreviations, right entering of street numbers, building and apartment numbers is important for ensuring proper delivery. Aovila will not hold responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments, if the address information is incorrectly provided at time of ordering, we appreciate your understanding in this.

At this moment, Aovila is mostly operating its business in U.S., Canada, United Kingdom and Germany, all orders from these countries will be shipped out from our U.S. and Germany warehouses, and generally the shipping time takes 5 to 7 days. For international shipments, the goods will be shipped from our factory place in China, on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor(e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition within the purchase price of the goods.

Part 1 - Order Handling and processing

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from its actual delivery time. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take 1 to 2 days, and international orders may take up to 3 days(including Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

 

Part 2 - Shipping Carriers

All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, international orders will be handled using DHL or Fedex.

Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Part 3 - Shipping Time

The estimated period for processing, transit, and final delivery are included here for reference.

Please note that orders to US/CA/UK/DE destinations may take 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. Orders to international destinatuons may take 7-15 business days from the date it is shipped out.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from Aovila.

If you do not receive the package within the above-mentioned time, please contact our customer service team in time, we will spare no effort to assist you to check the status of the package and help you receive the package as soon as possible.(customer service email: contact@aovila.com)

Part 4 - Tracking

After 2 - 3 days the customer places an order on aovila.com, we will send an order logistics information tracking number and a specific logistics company name to your mailbox, you can track the order here: https://www.17track.net/en 

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. 

Part 5 - Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Note:
The address cannot be changed after shipping, so please make sure that your address is filled in correctly after ordering and before shipping.

Part 6 - Common Q&A

1. Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email contact@aovila.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

2. Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to aovila and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

3. Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go here. 

We Will Send Order confirmation and shipping inform message or email after you place the order, please check it, once there exist unauthorized payment, please contact us in 7 business days, we will not process it over 7 business days.

4. My item arrived damaged. 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
