Image customization enables customers to customize your product by uploading their own image. The customer may also add text to display on the image.

You will only need to pay the product fees and shipping, in most cases the customization service is for free, unless there is super sophisticated technologies involved.

2. How long will I receive the customized items after I make the customization order?

First we will discuss with our product team and the manufacturing factory for the manufacturing time, this won't be more than two weeks, and international delivery is around 7 - 15 days, so the whole customization won't exceed one month, yet of course, in most cases, we can certainly speed up to 20 days around.

3. May I only customize the logo of my company and use all the other creatives, images, packaging and products of your company?

Yes, of course. In this case, we will also bring you a copy right authorization letter.
