Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective and not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page. We don't take any responsibility if the address entered is incorrect. We request you to fill in your details with utmost care.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
To be eligible to initiate a return or exchange:
- The items must have tags still on and be in original packaging.
- The items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Below are exceptions.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items for refund have no original tags on and not returned in its original packaging
- Returned items must have visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Write an email to our support personnel(email: contact@aovila.com), certifying the conditions of the items, reason to return or exchange.
- Tell us the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- After we receive the item, we will provide a refund or help to exchange the item.
Please Note: We may need to have your contact info and shipping info during the communication, and all the info gathered will only be used for shipping info or refund purposes, we will never disclose to any third-party personnels, thank you for your understanding in this.

1. How long it takes to receive your refund or replacement product?
After we receive the products that are returned, we will help to exchange the item within 1 - 2 business days, the replacement product may take 7 - 15 days to reach your place.
